How orders are accepted, and which document governs them.

1. Who you contract with.
US orders are accepted by MANTIS Live Inc, a Delaware corporation, registration number DE4704701, at 1515 E Cesar Chavez St, Ste 100, Ste R, Austin, TX 78702.
Orders for the UK, Ireland and the rest of the world are accepted by MANTIS Live Ltd, company number NI653181, registered at 189 Airport Road West, Belfast, BT3 9ED, Northern Ireland.
MANTIS sells direct and through telematics service providers and their resellers. Where you buy through a partner, your contract for the wider service may be with that partner, and their terms will say so.
2. The operative terms.
All orders are subject to the terms and conditions published on this page. Those documents govern, and they override any terms published elsewhere.
The terms change from time to time. An order is subject to the version on this website at the moment the order is placed.
If you object to any of these terms, tell us in writing before you submit an order.
