How do we get support?

Support is routed through your telematics partner as the first point of contact, who will bring MANTIS in where needed. If your partner has agreed a different arrangement, our UK team is available directly. Our support team is based in Northern Ireland and the US East Coast, covering 08:30 to 22:00 GMT, Monday to Friday.

How do I get started with MANTIS?

It starts with a conversation. Tell us what your fleet runs, which telematics platform you use, and the incidents that are costing you most. We will show you what RECON would have captured on those vehicles. MANTIS is delivered through telematics partners in the UK and Ireland. If you already run Webfleet, your existing account is the route in. If you are not with a MANTIS partner yet, tell us and we will introduce you to the right one for your operation. Nothing is committed at that point. Most fleets take a demo, then a scoped proposal, then a phased rollout that starts with the vehicles carrying the most risk.
