Webfleet, Bridgestone’s fleet management platform, and MANTIS have agreed a collaboration that puts the MANTIS RECON™ Risk Intelligence System inside the Webfleet platform, bringing telematics, video and driver behaviour analytics together in one place.

Webfleet customers will be able to access the MANTIS multi-camera solution, with 360-degree internal and external coverage, within a single Webfleet subscription.

What the integration gives a fleet

The MANTIS system records using solid-state storage with self-healing technology, which is the part that decides whether footage exists when somebody asks for it weeks later.

The driver and road-facing cameras detect fatigue, distraction and vulnerable road users as they happen, which is early enough to coach from.

RECON provides live views, on-demand video and automated collision reconstruction, and turns the underlying data into something a fleet manager can act on: faster claims, less downtime, and evidence an insurer can use.

Fleets monitor camera health, get fault alerts before they need the footage, and share verified video with insurers without leaving the platform they already use.

The system can also support Direct Vision Standard compliance for urban operations.
