More conversations, earlier.
Predict gives you a reason to call at a renewal, a new depot or a safety review, not only when a claim lands.

PARTNER NEWSLETTER · Q4 2026
What changed at MANTIS this quarter, what you can sell from it, and where to find the material. You are reading it on the new mantis.io, so there is a short tour of the site further down.

A NOTE FROM OUR CEO
We built MANTIS to solve a real problem in fleet risk, and RECON does that. What we’ve been doing since is making sure everything around it, how we look, how we communicate and how we support you, matches the quality of the product and the seriousness of the problem we’re solving.
Our new website is live at mantis.io. Since our brand launch, MANTIS has grown across the UK and Ireland, and our US presence is expanding too. The new site reflects that: one home that matches our email domain and shows the brand as it stands today.
Over the next few months you’ll see more case studies, more campaign assets and changes to how we work together through Salesforce. None of it changes what we’re here to do. It just makes it easier for you to do it with us.
I’m looking forward to welcoming many of you to our new Belfast home for Momentum in November.
MOMENTUM PARTNER EVENT 2026
Our annual partner event moves to the new MANTIS HQ at Portside Business Park. The day covers what’s new in RECON, where fleet risk is heading and how we grow together, followed by an evening with the MANTIS team. It is also the first chance for most partners to see where RECON is built and supported.
The Belfast team has already moved in. Please send all post, deliveries and invoices to the address above. Email addresses, phone numbers and contacts are unchanged.

OUR FRAMEWORK, UPDATED
Our framework now follows a fleet’s risk in the order it happens: Predict, Prevent, Prove. For you, that means a reason to talk to a customer before anything has gone wrong, as well as after. RECON now reads risk before anything happens, so the framework starts there.
01 BEFORE

See the exposure before it is a claim.
Risk read against what the vehicle was actually doing, so a fleet knows which drivers and routes are about to cost it money.
In RECONEdge AI on the vehicle, Fleet Risk Intelligence, Positive Risk Score
02 AT THE MOMENT

Give the driver the angle before the manoeuvre.
Coverage and in-cab assistance on the vehicles that need it most, built around the blind spots of the vehicle the job actually uses.
In RECONMANTIS RECON, Unrestricted Connectivity
03 AFTER

Have the evidence when somebody asks for it.
Multi-camera evidence, assembled rather than hand-built, so the file is ready when the claim arrives.
In RECONThe Claims Pack, Evidence Centre, MANTIS Health
WHAT IT MEANS FOR YOU
Predict gives you a reason to call at a renewal, a new depot or a safety review, not only when a claim lands.
Collision Likelihood is on Pro, so the first word of the framework opens the upgrade conversation.
A fleet using Predict and Prevent sees RECON at work every week, so the renewal starts from how they use it rather than from the last claim.
The site, the campaign packs and co-branded assets all use the same order, so what your customer reads matches what you say.
If any of your decks or one-pagers still say Prove. Prevent. Protect., Brad Read (bradley.read@mantis.io) will rebuild a co-branded version on the new framework.
Predict is the newest of the three and carries the most conditions. Collision Likelihood is on Pro and in limited release, so don’t promise every vehicle on every plan a risk score yet.
PRODUCT UPDATE
Five updates this quarter. For a walkthrough of any of them, or to put a customer forward for Collision Likelihood, email support@mantis.io.

Know where to put coaching before a collision happens.
Collision Likelihood compares each driver’s current risk against the fleet benchmark, and shows how much more likely some drivers are to be involved in a collision than others. That gives a fleet the time and the information to support the right people, rather than spreading coaching thinly across everyone.
It is built on AI analysis of 7 billion+ driving patterns from 106 countries and two decades of crash and claims data. The result is a comparison within the fleet, not a verdict on any one driver.
The pitchAnalysis shows drivers in the highest-risk group are 25x more likely to be involved in a collision than those in the lowest. Collision Likelihood shows where that risk sits in a fleet, so support goes where it helps most.

Speed measured against the limit on the road the driver was actually on.
RECON now checks vehicle speed against the posted limit for each vehicle type, and shows where the limit was exceeded, for how long and by how much. GPS traces are snapped to the actual road for accurate map-based trip playback, so a reading from a parallel road or a slip road does not count against anyone. Speeding events appear in trip summaries and the Evidence Centre.
The pitchCoaching conversations rest on real road context rather than raw sensor events, which is fairer to drivers and more useful to the fleet manager and the insurer.

Open the doors. Keep the keys.
Until now, adding a user meant giving them everything: live view, footage sharing and downloads. Fleet admins can now give each user a role, with live view, footage sharing and download rights granted separately. More people get access without everyone getting everything, and trip, driver and video data stays with the people who need it. Existing users move to equivalent roles automatically, so nothing is taken away.
The pitchRole-based access control is a standing line in large-fleet and public-sector tenders. On Core, Pro features show as disabled with an upgrade prompt, which opens the Pro conversation for you.

Built like your customer’s business, from depot to boardroom.
Fleets organise RECON around how responsibility runs in their business: depots, regions and business units, up to three nested levels. Access, filtered views and reporting follow the structure, so a depot supervisor sees their depot and a regional manager sees the region. If any of your Webfleet customers are interested, get in touch.
The pitchGovernance built around how the fleet already operates, ready to pair with Roles and Permissions.

Cut the noise. Catch the crash.
A vehicle can generate hundreds of harsh-driving events a month. Potholes, speed bumps and hard corners bury the genuine incidents. Fleet managers stop reviewing, and drivers end up questioned about a speed bump.
Event Triage classifies each harsh-driving event, filters out false positives and gives genuine incidents a confidence score. Fleet managers watch the footage that matters, coaching is about real risk, and claims teams and insurers see the risk profile the fleet actually has.
The pitchLess than 15 minutes each morning on the events that matter, instead of hours sifting through noise.

A TOUR OF THE NEW MANTIS.IO
The site has moved from mantislive.com to mantis.io. Please update any links on your own website and materials. These are the pages we would send a fleet to, in the order we would send them.

MARKETING
Campaign assets, case studies, one-pagers and brand guidelines, kept current as the platform moves forward. New assets land here first.

Castell Howell rolled RECON out across a growing delivery fleet with Smartfits. Our Freightliner story, with AES, is coming soon.

Our session with Webfleet on 29 September. In 45 minutes: how insurers price a fleet, why a claim you didn’t cause can still sit on your record, and what fleets can change before renewal.

The first of a series running through Q4 and into next year. Each pack is built around Predict, Prevent, Prove: emails, social posts and sales one-pagers you can put your own name to.
MANTIS has moved to the cut-M wordmark, Mantis Red and updated typography. If you produce anything with our logo, such as co-branded one-pagers, sales decks, signage or web references, please switch to the new files and retire anything carrying the old mark.
Case studies are one of the most effective tools in the partner kit. If one of your customers is getting strong results with MANTIS, tell Matt and they could be the next one.

Tamara leads marketing across the UK, Ireland and the US. She comes from product marketing, pricing, product management and business development, and knows fleet risk on both sides of the Atlantic.
SALES
For stock, pricing and anything on a live deal, talk to Matthew Vass at matthew@mantis.io.

We are holding Dual AI and Flex AI stock bought in at our old price, and passing the saving straight to you.
That is around 20% off, with three months of delayed billing as standard on every deal and no minimum fleet size. Quote it now on live opportunities, but check stock with Matthew Vass (matthew@mantis.io) or Brad Read (bradley.read@mantis.io) before you commit a number. Once it’s gone, it’s gone.

We can now build personalised, co-branded decks and one-pagers around a particular company, not just a generic template. If a tailored asset would help a pitch you have coming up, Brad will get one built.

Michael joined in August as an Account Executive for the UK and Ireland, reporting to Matthew Vass. He focuses on enterprise fleets.
We are building more material for partners, including training guides, platform walkthroughs and pitch support. Ask your MANTIS account contact what is available now.

CUSTOMER SERVICE
Between them, the team covers day-to-day support across the UK, Ireland and North America, with Lana extending cover into US East Coast hours. Reach all of them at support@mantis.io.
Customers no longer wait for a scheduled email to see how their system is doing. Partners and customers can schedule Health Check Reports themselves and download them from RECON whenever they need them, showing camera and memory health across the fleet without raising a ticket.
Partners and customers can now manage device assignments directly in RECON instead of routing routine changes through support. Changes take effect straight away, and the support team stays free for the issues that need a person.
For anything RECON, email support@mantis.io. Include the customer name, the vehicle registration or device, and what you are seeing, with screenshots or clip times where you can. The more we have up front, the sooner your customer is sorted.
TELL US WHAT YOU THINK
What was useful, what was missing, and what you would like us to cover next quarter.
The header image and the three framework images are illustrative and were generated for this page rather than photographed. Product screens use demo data. Feature availability depends on plan, region and configuration. Collision Likelihood compares drivers within a fleet; it does not predict that a particular driver will be involved in a collision. Promotional prices apply while stock lasts.
